I'm a seasoned business leader who loves to build teams and develop people, but first and foremost, I'm a mother of an autistic child in his mid-20's. I didn't know exactly what to expect when he transitioned to a life "out on his own" outside our home. It has been an incredible journey of many high points, but also one of many walks through the valleys. It was in these valleys where I learned some hard lessons about life, letting go and the system I entrusted my child into. From those experiences, a deep passion to help others avoid some of the pitfalls or unfortunate circumstances was born.
I now look forward to helping others either make their way into a Self Determined life, or to help mission-driven organizations and teams create their own clear, person-centered plans so they can grow with purpose, clarity, and stronger people.
